What we process when you check a store

You enter a store address. We store that address, the publicly reachable pages we fetched from that store in evaluated form, and the result of the check. No account is needed, and we set no analytics or marketing cookies for the check.

We set strictly necessary cookies in two cases: a session cookie when you submit a form (CSRF protection), and a language cookie when you switch languages. The language cookie holds nothing but the code of the language you picked and serves no analytics purpose. If you do not switch, we pick the language from your browser's language setting, storing nothing to do so.

Reports are publicly reachable at an unguessable address so that you can share them. They are not linked for search engines. Ask us and we will delete a report.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the service).

If you request the report by email

We store your email address, the time of the request, the wording of your consent, and the time you confirmed. We send nothing until you have confirmed through the link we mail you (double opt-in).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to jpd.peters@gmail.com is enough; we then delete your data without delay.

Server logs

Visiting these pages produces technical access data (IP address, time, the address requested, user agent). It serves secure operation and is deleted after 7 days at the latest.

Recipients

We pass no data to third parties. No analytics services, no external fonts and no AI services are embedded — the evaluation runs entirely on our own server.

Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
